Act: Choose one small act of courage that is slightly uncomfortable but low risk. Do it today. Afterwards write one sentence: "I did this, and here is what happened."

Act: Think of something you are struggling with. Write it as though it were happening to a friend, then write what you would say to them. Read it back to yourself.
