Two-way doors
Most decisions can be undone. Sort them before you agonize.
The idea
Some decisions are two-way doors: you can walk back through if it does not work. Others are one-way doors. Treat them differently.
Why it matters
Most decisions are reversible, yet we agonize over them as though they were permanent. That slows us down and burns the energy needed for the few decisions that deserve deep thought.
The shift
From treating every decision as high stakes to sorting them first: can I undo this cheaply?
Try this today
List the decisions you are delaying. Mark each one reversible or irreversible. Make the reversible ones today, quickly, with a review date attached.
Reflection question
Which decision am I overthinking that I could simply try and adjust?

The map is not the territory
Your beliefs are a map of reality. Check them against the ground.
Think backwards: inversion

Point your effort at what is actually yours to act on.
