One better decision
Lives change through a run of slightly better decisions, not one dramatic leap.
The idea
A life rarely changes through a single dramatic leap. It changes through a run of slightly better decisions, made on ordinary days, that nobody applauds.
Why it matters
We overestimate what one big moment can do and underestimate what a hundred small choices do. The person you will be in a year is largely decided by how you handle the next ordinary decision, and the one after it.
The shift
From "I need to change everything" to "I need to make the next decision well." The scale of the goal drops. The odds of success go up.
Try this today
Identify one decision you will face today: what to eat, when to start, whether to reply, how to spend your first hour. Decide in advance what the better version looks like, and choose it.
Reflection question
What is the next decision in front of me, and which option would my future self thank me for?

Keep going
Stop waiting to feel ready
Readiness is a by-product of action, not a requirement for it.
Choose who you are this week
Goals describe what you do. Identity describes who you are while you do it.
Start where you are
You only ever begin from where you actually are. That is not a limit, it is the starting line.
