Mindset path
Stop procrastinating
Understand why you delay, and build simple ways to begin anyway.
For people with a long list of things they intend to start.

Stop waiting to feel ready
Readiness is a by-product of action, not a requirement for it.
Act: Choose one thing you have been waiting to feel ready for. Define the smallest possible first step, ten minutes or less, and do it before noon. Not to finish. Only to begin.

The two-minute start
Any task can be reduced to a version small enough to begin right now.
Act: Take the task you have been avoiding. Write its two-minute version on a sticky note. Do that version now, then decide whether to continue.

Done beats perfect
A finished imperfect thing teaches you more than a perfect thing in your head.
Act: Define "good enough" before you start. Three bullet points is enough. When the work meets it, share or ship it, and improve it later if needed.

The cost of avoidance
Avoided tasks do not disappear. They wait, and they take attention daily.
Act: Write a list of things you have been avoiding and choose one. Write what you fear about it. Then write the smallest action that would reduce that fear.

Close the loops
Every unfinished task keeps a small part of your mind busy.
Act: List everything that is half-done. Pick the three easiest. Finish or drop them today. For the rest, write the next action and a date.
